Enteshwar has built an application as a commercial application. This service is provided by Eneshwar and is intended for use as is.

If you close your account or ask us to close it, we will delete or anonymize your personal data so that you are no longer identifiable, unless we are legally obligated to retain some of the data or still need to use it for a legally justified reason.

Logging Data:

We would like to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in the event of an error in the App, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the App when using our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies are files with small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. They are sent to your browser from the websites you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.

Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Application shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Iraq republic.

Delivery/Shipping/Service Policy:

Inteshar will not deal or provide any services or products to any of the countries that are subject to sanctions by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) in accordance with the law of the Iraq republic.

•To provide the Service on our behalf

•To perform Service-related services

•To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used
