Terms and Conditions:
These Terms of Use of the Inteshar Platform refer to the rules for using the Platform available at
www.inteshar.app and through any Inteshar mobile application available from time to time, collectively referred to as the “Platform”, as well as any information, content or materials published on or made available through the Platform, collectively referred to as the “Content”.
These Terms of Use govern and set out the terms of your access to and use of the Platform and its Content (“You”)
By downloading or using the Application, these Terms will automatically apply to you – so you should make sure to read them carefully before using the Application. You are not allowed to copy or modify the Application or any part of the Application or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the Application, nor should you attempt to translate the Application into other languages or create derivative versions. The Application itself and all trademarks, copyrights, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it remain the property of Inteshar.
Restrictions.
You may not:
Use the Platform if you are under eighteen (18) years of age;
Use the Platform In any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or the server on which the Platform is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Platform;
Damage, disrupt or interfere with the Platform or any Content or any part thereof or any equipment or network on which the Platform or any Content is stored or any other software, systems or equipment used in providing the Platform or any Content;
Knowingly introduce viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful to the Platform;
Impersonate any other person while using the Platform;
Behave in a vulgar, offensive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable manner while using the Platform;
Use the Platform to generate unwanted advertising or spam;
Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit all or any part of the Platform or any Content for any commercial purpose;
Use manual methods or any software, devices, scripts, robots or other means or processes (including so-called “spiders”, “robots” and “crawlers”) to damage the Platform and/or its Content, or create or compile (in single or multiple downloads) a collection, database or directory of the Platform or its Content, or bypass or attempt to bypass any robot exclusion headers we may implement; or
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decrypt or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Platform and/or its Content.
We will report any breach of the above restrictions to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will cooperate with them by disclosing your identity to them.
Account Creation:
Account Creation. Although you may browse the Platform as a guest, you will need to create an account (“Account”) in order to access certain features of the Platform. If you choose to register for an Account, you will be required to provide certain information about yourself as prompted during the account registration process on the Platform.
Accurate and up-to-date information. If you create an Account, all registration information you submit must be true and accurate. If for any reason any information you submit is incorrect, inaccurate and/or incomplete, you must update that information to maintain its accuracy.
What to do if you want to delete your Account. You may request the deletion of your Account by deleting your Account directly from the App or by emailing support@Inteshar.app
You are responsible for your Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login information (including your password). Accordingly, you are responsible for all activities that occur under your Account.
Unauthorized Use of Your Account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Privacy. All information you provide to create an account (including all information you provide to gain “Verified” status) will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Inteshar is committed to ensuring that the App is as useful and effective as possible. For this reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the App or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will not charge you for the App or its services without making it clear to you exactly what you are paying for.
Inteshar stores and processes the personal data you have provided to us, in order to provide our Service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone secure and to access the App. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It can make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malware, compromise your phone’s security features and may mean that the Inteshar App will not work properly or at all.
You should be aware that there are certain things that Inteshar will not be responsible for. Some of the functions of the App will require the App to have an active internet connection. The connection may be via Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but Inteshar cannot be held responsible for the App not working at its full functionality if you do not have access to Wi-Fi, and you do not have any data allowance left.
If you use the App outside of a Wi-Fi enabled area, you should remember that the terms of your agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile network provider for data charges for the duration of the connection while accessing the App, or other third party charges. When using the App, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the App outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the App, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer to use the App.
In the same vein, Inteshar cannot always be held responsible for the way you use the App, i.e. you need to ensure that your device stays charged – if the battery runs out and you cannot turn it on to benefit from the Service, Inteshar cannot accept responsibility.
In relation to Inteshar’s responsibility for your use of the App, when using the App, it is important to bear in mind that although we endeavour to ensure that it is up to date and correct at all times, we rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Inteshar accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you suffer as a result of relying entirely on this functionality of the App.
At some point, we may wish to update the App. The App is currently available on Android and iOS – the requirements for both platforms (and any additional platforms on which we decide to extend the availability of the App) may change, and you will need to download updates if you wish to continue using the App. Inteshar does not promise that it will always update the App so that it is suitable for you and/or works with the version of Android and iOS that you have installed on your device. However, you agree to always accept App updates when offered to you, and we may also wish to stop providing the App, and we may terminate your use of it at any time without notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these Terms will terminate; (b) you must stop using the App, and (if necessary) delete it from your Device.
Inteshar may increase or decrease the Discount as required in its sole discretion and such Discounts are available while stocks last
Changes to these Terms and Conditions:
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Therefore, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.

3- Usage Policy:
1. The account must be registered with the full name to avoid rejection of your requests in the future.
2. You can use the electronic coupon / gift card only once.
3. Electronic coupons and gift cards are case sensitive. Please enter the code exactly as shown.
4. Any form of CD keys, gift cards, prepaid cards, which have been viewed from the Inteshar account, or have been delivered via email or mobile message are not refundable or exchangeable at all.
5. Inteshar and its affiliates do not bear any responsibility for wrong purchases made by you, due to negligence and / or entering false / incorrect information, which may lead to damages / losses. By purchasing any electronic coupon / gift card from the Inteshar store, you have understood / acknowledged and accepted that Inteshar is fully exempt from liability.
6. When requesting direct credit services, you acknowledge that you must read the product description carefully and confirm that the electronic goods you have purchased are correct.
7. During the electronic goods return period, if the value of the goods is more than the amount stated in your account or in the payment and checkout process, Inteshar is authorized to settle the balance directly on your account.
8. After delivery, Inteshar is not responsible for any loss or damage to electronic goods purchased through the Inteshar store, and any loss or damage that the buyer may suffer for this reason, knowing that Inteshar is not responsible for any card that was not correct if it exceeds 15 days.
9. The program points earned according to the loyalty program guide and any other applicable source have a validity period starting from the date of crediting the points in the user’s account and up to three months if the points are earned from purchases in the application, while the validity period of the points earned from the prizes provided by Inteshar and others is valid for only two weeks, and if they are not used within the specified period, they are automatically deducted from the user’s points balance, noting that the validity period can be followed through the points record that appears in the application.
10. The Company reserves the right to amend the Loyalty Program at any time without prior notice, including the benefits of the Loyalty Program and the terms and conditions related to it.
- Customers are responsible for staying informed of the terms and conditions of the Program and any amendments that may occur. Continued participation in the Loyalty Program will constitute acceptance of such amendments.
- The Company may cancel the Loyalty Program in part or in full without prior notice, and all unredeemed points will be lost without the Company incurring any responsibility or obligation.
- The Company has the right to cancel the Loyalty Program of a customer if it believes, in its reasonable opinion, that he has violated the terms and conditions of the application or committed fraudulent behavior or provided false or misleading information to the Company or insulted the Company or one of its employees on any social media, and in these cases he will lose all the benefits he obtained and any right to use them.
- Inteshar has the right to delete the existing wallet balance partially or completely if it was obtained fraudulently, and Inteshar reserves the right to modify the balance without referring to the customer in the cases mentioned above.
11. The purchase process will be executed when the process is correct and not suspicious. Any purchase on the site that is under any doubt will be stopped immediately, and will not be executed, and the full amount will be returned to the transferred account, without referring to the customer, and the customer's membership will be suspended, and all his information will be sent to the Cybercrime Department to complete the legal procedures in this regard.
12. It may take up to three weeks to return the amount to its owner if the request is not executed.
13. By registering on the site, you agree to receive messages containing offers and discounts for the products displayed on the site.
14. When purchasing from the Buy and Win section, the winner must publish on social media on his personal accounts that he is the winner of the draw in order to ensure the transparency and credibility of Inteshar in the draw process.
13. In the event that the customer requests a refund of an amount transferred from one bank to another, Inteshar does not bear any transfer fees or commissions.
15. The request will not be executed in the event of a transfer from multiple bank accounts.
16. In some cases, your request may not be approved for several reasons, for example, if the product you wish to purchase is not available, if the product is priced incorrectly, or if the order turns out to be fraudulent. We will refund what you paid for orders that were not accepted or that are cancelled. Before we approve the process, we may ask you to provide additional information, including but not limited to, phone number, address, or official documents proving your identity.
17. When purchasing or sending an email, you agree to receive any emails from us.
18. If the customer uses a discount coupon in the purchase process, then no points will be calculated in that process.
19. Any gift or promotional code that the customer may receive as a reward is valid for 3 days unless otherwise stated in the advertisement details.
20. Inteshar and its affiliates have the right to make any amendments or changes to the website or application and to the policies and agreements related to the website, including the privacy policy as well as the document for the terms and conditions of service.
